Pre-Sale Fund Raising

Pre-Sale Fundraising allows your group to raise money with little or no money down. By "pre-selling" fund raising products using brochures or flyers and order forms we can supply at little or no costs, you can raise the money (to pay for your fund raising products) by collecting the money in advance from your customers. This is a nice no-risk way for you to collect before you buy.

No Money to Buy Upfront?

Spirit Roses & More HOT Pre-Sale Products:

Your group needs to raise funds but you have no funds available to purchase our products. First, we recommend that you start off with a pre-sale brochure fundraiser because as there are little or no front costs- simply download one brochure/flyer and order form per active group member and then motivate your members to get as many orders as possible. We recommend using a color printer. If your organization does not have access to download brochures, Spirit Roses & More can provide these at a nominal cost. We have several brochure/flyers that you can download or professional brochures that you can purchase from us at a fraction of the cost of purchasing direct sales products.

Secondly, we recommend that you collect the funds up front from your supporters. Once they have selected their desired product(s), they pay you immediately. To facilitate the order, provide them with a receipt confirming what they just ordered and an approximate date when they’ll receive the goods. This date can be determined by the closing date of your sale and how quickly you make payment to Spirit Roses & More. Some personalized items take longer to be delivered. Spirit Roses & More Customer Service Staff will provide you with a sheet of receipts to be copied and handed out to your sellers. Check with your representative before stating a tentative date to your supporters. Close your sale on the date designated to keep within the date you promised your buyers.  Now that you have raised all your money, your group is ready to fulfill your orders and enjoy your hard-earned profits.
