Q. What happens if we
don't like the products we received?
A. At Spirit Roses & More, we
make every effort to educate customers and represent our products as
completely and accurately as possible. We offer single samples of
roses for purchase at a nominal fee to see their quality in advance
of a large order. All of our products are industry standard quality.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund purchase price due to buyer's
remorse. We purchase only from reputable vendors. If your products
are damaged upon delivery, see our return policy.

Q. What happens if we
don't sell them all?
A. We have tried to keep
quantity amounts low to assist you in purchasing the correct amount
for your fundraising project. All products except candy, are
non-perishable and can be sold on an ongoing basis without time
constrictions. If you are having extreme difficulties selling your
products, call us on our toll-free customer service line and one of
our consultants line will be glad to discuss alternative marketing
